We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. Account Managers are required to work closely with the Managed Services, Service Delivery, Product and Management teams to assist with business and technical escalations and to win new business.
The successful candidate will have great negotiating and presentation skills, ability to communicate client needs with Technical Staff and manage multiple opportunities and relationships simultaneously.
A minimum of 7 years’ experience working with IT services and solutions is preferable. Other key activities include the development of proposals, RFQ responses and documentation artefacts for sales collateral.
