As a Service Desk Analyst, you will provide high quality support to our clients through responding to telephone calls, emails and alert monitoring.

 

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, solid communication skills and a drive to deliver the best solution for our customers.

 

You will be part of a 24×7 Service Desk team which will include a shift work roster.

 

3+ years of relevant experience is required in a related IT field.
